COMMERCIAL SERVICE INFORMATION

There are two ways you can get your Bunn Commerical Product fixed by using Gochnauer's service department. We can order parts for you and ship them directly to your house or you can send us your unit and we can fix it in our store and send it back to you. Either way, Gochnauer's will take care of the problem you are currently having. We have printed below, the procedures that happen with each situation. As always, if you have any specific questions, feel free to e-mail or call us with your questions.

1) Purchase Specific Bunn Parts for the Do-It-Yourselfer
We need the following information from you to properly do the job you ask of us:

1)FULL model number of the Bunn product
2)Serial number of the Bunn product
3)Exact description or part number of the part you need to fix your machine

We will then process your request immediately and provide you with price and availability of the part you need. Upon your approval, the part will be shipped to you right away so you can finish your job. Let Gochnauer's help you make that job just a little easier and a whole lot cheaper.

2)Send in your Bunn product for shop repair.
We have listed the following steps to show you what will happen if you need Gochnauer's factory trained service on your Bunn product.

1)E-mail us with what you need service on and receive a confirmation from us. This will make sure a technician is available when your product arrvies.
2)Send the unit to us at address below.
3)When the product is received, we will e-mail you confirming this and get to work on the unit right away.
4)You will be contacted with an estimate of the repair costs and details.
5)Upon your approval, steps will be taken to repair your unit.
6)When job is completed, you will again be notified that the unit is being sent back to you.
7)When receiving your unit, please inform us so the job can be closed.
